Registration| Media Hoops

WHAT: Media Hoops games run December through March. Try-outs are held at the end of October and throughout November. We also offer free skills clinics; schedules to be announced.

WHO: All boys and girls who will be in 1st through 11th grades during the 2011-2012 season are welcome. (Girls 1st – 9th & Boys 1st -11th)

How: Please complete the Registration Form by typing directly onto it. Hit the Tab key from one block to the next (not Enter key), save, print, sign and mail to us with your check/money order. (P.O.Box 84, Media, PA 19063) Each player must attend the tryout for their grade/gender, Please see Schedules tab under Media Hoops.

Cost: Our 2011-2012 fee structure is the same as last year:

One Child-$120
Two Children-$205
Three or more Children-$265
*Add additional $20 for players in grades 7th -11th for Hoopla Day.
